rules for comments

personally i dont care about grammar so basically you can not capatalize a word supposed to be capitalized and i'll care less. however on my comments i don''t accept fowl language if i see any it won't be published. 2nd rule no bad mouthing anyone. thats basically all the rules after a while i might add more bu otherwise those are the rules. today i really dont have time so aurevoir
